Much to my surprise, at the end of last year I was contacted by someone wanting to do a brief interview and article about me. Since I never do such things I was very happy to oblige their interest in me. Then I hesitated for a month. What on Earth could I possibly say that is interesting? Well, not too much but I decided to move forward and grant them a little insight into my brain and its self-imposed working methods. I am unsure if any of it comes across in this article but I am very happy about it and have decided to share it. I hope it is enjoyable for anyone that reads it.

Making Public Art
I will be starting two murals today, in collaboration with Mr. Dorgon, that will stay in the basement of Club 6, 60 6th street in San Francisco. A ton of shows go on down there so I hope some of you in internet-land can make it down there to see them.
North Beach Artwalk
Please come join me this weekend, Sept. 24&25, at The Emerald Tablet, 50 Fresno st. in North Beach. I will be exhibiting some of my old portrait paintings and some new junk/mixed media artworks. After the Saturday show I will want to go around North Beach for drinks and dinner if anyone wants to join...
Debuting as a Butoh Dancer
Sunday, Sept. 11 I will be dancing throughout Japantown in San Francisco. Please come and check it out. I will be all over from about 1-3PM then the main show will begin 3 (https://www.deviantart.com/3) by Kinokuniya bookstore downstairs. I won't be in that show but my co-dancers will be. I think my job is to "create a mood" before the main show starts. Keep your eye out for me!!!
All donations given to the dancers will go to Red Cross to benefit the relief effort in Japan.
Hope to see you there!
